Background & Vision
We now have an urgent demand for international co-ordination, harmonization, inter-operability, as well as the integration of society and education to achieve a secured society in the areas of Risk Management, Emergency Management, Crisis Management and Disaster Management. Issues are populated internationally after September 11 crisis in U.S. NYC from domestic prevention discussions. Here, Home Islands Security Committee has founded internationally in 2003 to absorb those issues, to develop guideline and facilitate international and industry wide coordination. One of urgent targeted area for integration of Information is how to leverage Information Technology by 2020.
Key needs: Risk Management, International Coordination, Inter-Operability, Information Assurance, Multi-Domain Model Architecture (Standardization and non-standardization, Service Operation by TRUSTed Third Party), and Certification of Skill.
Approach
This Committee contributes to facilitate discussion and find commonly usable architectures and tools for concept Secured Society while society is not integrated each other well and each country / industry have deferent prospective and speed by country independency. We will stand by Platform Independent and Platform Specific Models view. And we will maximize International and industry wide Alliance for Fast Track Approach by coordination. We influence models to the market together.
We get function of standardization and advisory for government sector, Public sector and private sector by wide range of expertise as international community in committee and task force.
Achieve
Developing guideline of Secured Society Tools for IT, Operation and business will be a strong infrastructure for economical activity and create confidence and trust environment. There is no doubt this will accelerate global business. Citizens and Companies benefit from the full potential security integration of service with bank, commercial and government services.
Team
International Alliances will conduct coordination to get common direction and provision with each expertise like in Culture region wide (U.S., Europe, Asia), and Industry wide(Finance, Commerce, Public Services, Government services) etc.
Committee has 30 staff with over 100 Subject Matter Expert advisory boards and has over 4000 members in partnership with global organizations in 2003.
HI-SC and HI-SC Global Partners will promote and influence this business model internationally.
